This dual role is designed for a leader who is called to assist in the shepherding of God's people through worship and the Word, while also supporting the broader ministries of the church. The Associate Pastor of Worship and Discipleship will work closely with the Senior Pastor and leadership team to carry out the Church's vision: Christ the King Baptist Church exists to glorify God by equipping and encouraging Christian families to train up successive generations of committed disciples of Jesus Christ.
