Job Responsibilities - Submits to Christ, is an example of Godly living, and provides spiritual leadership to the church through personal and corporate prayer and the ministry of God's Word. - Works to develop an annual ministry plan to fulfill the mission and vision of the church, equipping the church body for ministry and encouraging ministry activities. - Serves the church body and the community with sincere love and the compassion of Christ. - Takes bold steps to advance the cause of Christ, engaging with the local York community to build relationships, to grow outreach programs, and to share the gospel.
