Our mission is to be a place to belong, a place to grow, and a place to serve, and we need a pastor who will help us live that out every day. The Senior Pastor will be biblically grounded, relationally engaged, and focused on discipleship, worship, outreach, and spiritual growth. This leader will inspire and equip our congregation to share Christ's love, grow in faith, and serve each other and our community. We are looking for someone who is a strong communicator, a compassionate shepherd, and an effective leader. The right person will balance respect for our church's traditions with fresh ideas to help us meet the needs of the evolving world. Key Responsibilities: Preaching & Worship Leadership - Preach meaningful, biblically sound sermons that apply biblical truth to daily life, inspiring faith and transformation. - Lead inspiring worship services that create a Spirit-filled environment that glorifies God. - Work closely with the worship and media teams to ensure services are well-planned, engaging, and theologically sound. Spiritual Growth & Discipleship - Teach and encourage spiritual growth through Bible studies, small groups, and mentoring. - Support and equip church members with resources and guidance to deepen their faith and live out Christian beliefs. - Engage all generations, investing in ministries for children, youth, young adults, and families. Pastoral Care - Offer compassionate support, prayer, and guidance during life's challenges while building a caring community through relationships, visits, support groups, and outreach. - Provide pastoral counseling for those navigating grief, crises, or major life transitions. - Lead and officiate important life events, including baptisms, weddings, and funerals. Community Outreach & Engagement - Lead outreach efforts to serve the local community, demonstrate Christ's love through action, and advance The Great Commission. - Build relationships with community organizations to strengthen partnerships and opportunities for service. - Encourage the congregation to get involved in mission work, outreach, and evangelism.
