Job Information:
The Lord's Chapel is an existing, growing, and family-oriented church in rural southern Colorado. Our very small (20-30) but motivated congregation needs a dynamic visionary who will submit to God's authority, align himself with the leadership of the elders and the church constitution and bylaws, and join with us to fulfill God's word in our community.
Full range of pastoral responsibilities: preaching, teaching, counseling, and outreach. Leading worship would be nice, but not a requirement. Deliver engaging, Spirit-filled sermons that align with our doctrinal beliefs. He is responsible for pastoral care (shepherding) and support of the membership. Collaborate with staff and volunteers to ensure the smooth operation of church ministries. His teaching, leadership, and pastoral care of the congregation should be led by the Holy Spirit and grounded in sound Biblical doctrine.
Salary - To be determined + Parsonage w/utilities Time Type - Full-Time or Bivocational
