The Youth Pastor at MVF will be: A Disciple Maker - guiding students to know Jesus personally. A Missionary - present in schools, sports, and everyday life. A Visionary - launching discipleship movements, not just programs. A Bridge-Builder - connecting students with parents, teachers, and community. What You'll Do • Lead Sunday youth gatherings (teaching, worship, small groups). • Teach/Lead weekday high school seminary classes (engaging, relational, faith-driven). • Disciple students through 1-on-1s, mentoring, and small groups. • Plan retreats, camps, mission trips, and creative pop-up events. • Partner with parents, schools, and coaches for comprehensive ministry. • Recruit and train adult and student leaders.
