We are seeking an Executive Pastor who will work closely with Lead Pastor by leading staff and overall functions of the church. The role of the Executive Pastor is needed due to the significant growth at Central Ministries. Along with the growth of new members, we are also experiencing the excitement of ongoing expansions of our main campus. We have an average weekly attendance of over 2,000 with a devoted and enthusiastic staff of 30+ employees for both campuses located in Leo, Indiana, and Fort Wayne. Interested candidates should have experience and a track record in developing staff, strategic visioning, operational excellence and effectively working with lead pastors and leadership teams in a church environment. Responsibilities will include: Provides support-partnership for Lead Pastor. Create and maintain effective working relationships with Elder Board, Lead Pastor and Leadership Team. Develops, implements and maintains day-to-day policies, procedures and practices for overall administrative functions. Leads and manages staff and ministries through visioning, goal-setting and personal growth and development.
