Apply for This Job Campus Pastor Prairie Lakes Church Decorah, IA Posted: September 17, 2024     Job Information: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Oversee campus services, including greeting guests and regular attenders by being a prominent public figure, helping to make a connection to the local church. - Ensure all aspects of campus services align with the DNA and vision of PLC as well as the simple church philosophy. - Partner with ministry leaders to ensure curriculum, vision, policies, and expectations meet the needs of the church as a whole. - Conduct weddings and funeral services; perform baptism and child dedications. - Develop, shepherd, and lead volunteer and paid staff. - Develop, shepherd, and lead the campus congregation. - Participate in the hiring of paid staff at campus location. - Initiate and build community relations in local community. - Administer the campus budget. - Lead Bible Studies and classes live at the Decorah Campus. Supervisory Responsibilities: - Coach, develop, and encourage both paid and unpaid staff at specific campus.
