We are a large-small town of about 100,000, 30 minutes from El Paso Texas with a population of over a million. Our Church is praying for and seeking a person who is in love with Jesus Christ and His church; who is called and gifted to lead his people in authentic worship. Because of our size, this is currently a part-time position. The Worship Minister will be responsible to ... Grow daily in his/her love relationship with Jesus. Be an authentic worshiper 7 days a week. Plan and lead authentic worship at all services. Recruit and develop additional singers and musicians. Be proficient and able to train in Worship/Presenter software. Lead AV ministry/team. Many other ministry opportunities are available depending on gifts, desire and available time. If we find a person who is also called and gifted in ministering to students (6-12 grade) we are more than willing to add hours and salary to this position.
