You have the ability to look at and work with what is all the while imagining what could be – and what it will take to get there. And, you work hard to make your vision come to life.
InterVarsity Christian Fellowship is looking for campus staff members who will grow vibrant, cross-cultural, interdenominational groups on college campuses in the *Midwest. To grow and serve more campuses we are adding new Campus Staff Members (CSM's) to our team. CSM's come alongside students and help build witnessing communities of students and faculty that share the Gospel of Christ with their campus.
The college campus is a dynamic, strategic entry point for the gospel. Students, open to new ideas, away from home and searching for the truth, often find Jesus through groups of believers who are a witness on the college campus. For more than 60 years, InterVarsity has been engaging the university for Jesus and has a vibrant ministry throughout the United States. A CSM knows that she/he is successful when they see groups on their campus(es) growing, students coming to know Christ and Christian students growing in their faith.
This is a high-energy position for someone who enjoys new challenges every day. It requires a commitment to the job, your students and co-workers and the calling of God to succeed, but the reward is so worth it; seeing students and faculty transformed, campuses renewed and world changers developed. If you have a call to ministry, a bachelor's degree (or are less than six months from graduation), experience in serving and leading others and a heart for college students and the university we'd love to talk to you.
We offer substantial training and support from an experienced team of professionals who have been serving this ministry for many years. We will provide time-tested and proven training in how to raise your own support and you can earn a starting salary of $23,000 - $38,000. We also offer a full benefits package.

This is the debut album by EXW friend Paul Langford. Paul is a Chicago based singer, arranger, keyboardist, producer and conductor. Paul has a career that spans 14 years. Paul's work includes arranging for groups like GLAD, Voices of Liberty, VoiceTrek, The Chicago based "Caroling Party" and Day of Discovery Singers. His arranging has appeared on recordings side by side with greats like Gene Puerling and David Maddux, and he has sung with Don Shelton, Bonnie Herman and Bob Bowker, among others.
